Great experience here. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and Dr. West goes above and beyond to make sure you understand the plan. The customer service here is nothing short of incredible. Dr.West personally called me after each appointment to make sure that I was healing well and to check if I needed anything or had any follow up questions. I recently had an old root canal that needed to be retreated. I so appreciate how the office worked me in so quickly. The staff is so professional and caring.
This tooth took 3 appointments to get it fixed right. Dr. John West took the time to explain what was going on and how he was going to take care of saving the tooth. I have the highest regard for all of the staff, what they do and how they do it.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting my dental care from Dr.John West. I would describe my toothache as worse than giving birth and the amount of kindness and professionalism from every one in the office, helped my experience of feeling better 10x better.
I’ve had a couple root canals in my life and dreaded this procedure, but it was smooth and genuinely a good experience.

I can not recommend Dr. West and his staff enough. They got me in ASAP for an emergent root canal because they knew how much pain I was in. Once I was there I have a lot of dental anxiety like so much that I shake and start hyperventilating just at the thought of being there due to a previous root canal gone wrong at a different dentistry office.
The staff was so patient with me explaining everything that was happening, taking their time to make sure I was comfortable, and giving me an estimate before starting treatment. When it was time for the doctor I was terrified but he was very very patient and reassuring.
His part literally felt like it only took 30 seconds, it was pain free and he explained everything for me while he was doing it. I have never been able to walk out of a dentist office truly happy about the outco... Read More

They got me in and did my root canal the morning I called. I’m back home and feeling back to normal already. The doctors are personable. Staff is friendly. Love the place. Wish they could be my full time dentist!
